DELIGHTFUL ITALY TOUR

DAY 1. NEW YORK
Group assembles at the New York Airport for overnight flight to Milan, Italy .

DAY 2. ITALY
Upon our arrival the Milan Airport, we are met, assisted with luggage and taken by private, deluxe motor coach to our hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3. MILAN / VENICE
Breakfast at the hotel. We have a two hour tour of Milan beginning with the Castello Sforzesco; across the Largo Cairoli, Monument of Guuseppe Garibaldi , Via Dante, Piazza del Mercanti, inside as well as from the roof, Museum of Palazzo reale before driving to Venice for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4. VENICE
Breakfast at the hotel. We have a half day walking tour of the City of Venice , St. Mark's Square, the Golden Basilica, the Pala d'Oro, through the Mercerie, Doge's Palace and the Bridge of Signs . Afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight Venice .

DAY 5. VENICE / PISA / FLORENCE
Breakfast at the hotel. We drive to Pisa , for viewing the Tower of Pisa , before continuing to Florence for dinner and overnight.

DAY 6. FLORENCE
Breakfast at the hotel. A morning walking tour of Florence, which includes Palazzo Pitti, with inside visit to the Palatine Gallery; a visit to the Cathedral, Giotto's Bell Tower, the Baptistry. Dinner and overnight Florence .

DAY 7. FLORENCE , SORRENTO, NAPLES
Breakfast at the hotel. This morning's drive to Naples is full of fascinating sights. We are enchanted by the undulating hills, olive groves and vineyards of Tuscany and Umbria . We see the medieval villages of Orvieto and Orte. Continuing our drive through the beautiful Tiber River Valley , we see the Abbey of Monte Cassino perched high above the Highway of the Sun, to Sorrento and to Naples for dinner and overnight.

DAY 8. NAPLES, PROMPEII, ROME
Breakfast at the hotel. We enjoy a panoramic view along the Bay of Naples, viewing the Castel dell' Ovo, San Carlo Opera House, Santa Lucia, Town Hall and the Angevin Castle. Continue to Pompeii , a city covered by the lava from the Vesuvius Volcano eruption, and then to Rome for dinner and overnight.

DAY 9. ROME . Breakfast at the hotel.
Our sightseeing this morning begins with a visit to the Vatican Museum and the incredible Sistine Chapel. In the afternoon, we enter the largest church inb christendon – St. Peter's Basilica, for the Pieta and Bernini's amazing bronze canopy. Back on the coach we enjoy our view of Castle St. Angelo and Largo Argentina , the Capitoline, Marcello's Theatre, the Imperial Palace , and the circus Maximus. Again, walking we visit the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Dinner and overnight Rome .

DAY 10. ROME
At leisure. Breakfast and dinner daily.

DAY 11. ROME / HOME
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the Rome Airport .
